Cass Lake is a 1,280 acre all sports lake, the largest lake in Oakland County. House is located on the main lake with a sandy bottom, no weeds, and gradual water depth. Perfect for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc... 2 kayaks and a paddle board are on-site for guest use. House faces south with excellent sunrise and sunset views. Includes both a deck and cement patio the full width of the home facing the lake. Sleeps 8 total (3 bedrooms and pull-out couch).
